Building Plan Approval & Water Connection

All building constructions (residential/commercial) within municipal boundaries must obtain prior approval from the Chatrapur Municipality to ensure adherence to local building bylaws.

Building Permission Steps

•Submit plan blueprint drawn by a registered structural engineer.
•Produce land title deeds, ROR (Patta), and non-encumbrance certificate.
•Pay the requisite inspection fees online via SUJOG.
•Field verification by the Municipal Engineer.

Water Connection Guidelines

•Water connection applications must be submitted using the municipal intake form.
•Provide proof of ownership (tax receipt) and building permission letter.
•Connection will be issued within 15 working days post engineer feasibility check.
