"Chatrapur Muncipality promised the urban poor to provide sanitary service, Water supply, streetlight facilities, road and drain. Very recently the people can downloading of different forms is some of the eye catching important features of the website. This Municipality tries to make this town clean and healthy. This town has acute shortage of drinking water during summer; it has taken various achievements on digging deep bore well, laying pipe lines in different wards to provide drinking water to the General Public. For better communication this Municipality has constructed Cement Concrete Road, Bitumen Roads under TFC award, BRGF, Road Development Grants. This City Government has taken steps to have capacities and skill to administer service out-sourcing, Public Private Partner-ship for infrastructure Development effective service delivery and poverty reduction Program."

"Chatrapur Municipality has made commitment to provide basic service to urban people and particularly urban poor through different schemes. We have taken special drive on e-Municipality project. Very recently we will provide online service on issue of Birth and Death Certificates, Grievance, Accounts etc. Under public discloser law this Municipality has published information through Web-Site, News Papers, Office Notice Board, relating to development work, finance position, Establishment etc. In case of solid waste management this Municipality has taken great effort to clean total Municipality area. This Municipality giving its best efforts to achieve the aim and objectives of government in Toto the objective of the Municipality also. It is a great task for this Municipality to materialize the objectives with constrain of staff. But, we have to achieve it with support of our citizen."
