Marriage Registration Certificate

Citizens of Chatrapur can register marriages solemnized within the municipal limits. Registration is mandatory under the Odisha Marriage Registration Rules.

Required Documents

•Completed Marriage Application Form (signed by both partners).
•Proof of Age (Matriculation Certificate, Passport, or Birth Certificate).
•Affidavit stating place, date, time of marriage, and marital status at time of marriage.
•Three passport size photographs of both husband and wife.
•Marriage invitation card or proof of marriage solemnization.
•Proof of residence within Chatrapur Municipality.

Procedure: Download the Marriage Registration Form, fill out details, attach required documents, and submit to the Executive Officer Desk at the Municipal Office. The fee is ₹100 inside the municipal window.
